Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and jya77.
General Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jya77 platform and all of its related services. By registering an account on jya77, logging in, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use jya77's services, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those who are 21 or older. Any minor (a person under 21) is strictly prohibited from using the platform.
By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the above age requirement and that all information you have provided is accurate and truthful. Providing false information during verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all balances.
jya77 may at any time request an identity document or other paperwork to verify your age. Failure to provide documents may result in account restrictions.

Account Registration & User Responsibilities
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, jya77 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit all balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify jya77's support team immediately.

Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at jya77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account immediately.
Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. If any issue arises during payment processing, please contact your mobile banking app or jya77 support.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process successfully. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account is fully verified and all wagering requirements have been met.
4.3 Transaction Security
jya77 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. Depositing or withdrawing through a third party is prohibited — transactions must be completed by the account holder themselves.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the combined deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
Attempting to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus. Contact support for more details on how wagering is calculated.
5.3 Preventing Abuse
Operating multiple accounts, using false identities, or engaging in coordinated betting activity with the intention of abusing bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards
jya77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Moving to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and engagement on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to the general terms and conditions and may change without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jya77:
- Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated methods.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability to influence game outcomes.
- Coordinated or reciprocal betting with other users (collusion).
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Playing on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.
- Exploiting any bug or error on the platform.
In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, jya77 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. In serious cases, law enforcement authorities may be notified.
